The Early Teacher Wellbeing Academy

Combining teaching with psychology and neuroscience, we offer courses for first and second year teachers, covering topics including:

Teacher Wellbeing Coaching

Building strong relationships, I provide a space for teachers to explore how they can best function in the ups and downs of teaching. I prioritise:

  • Empathetic listening & insightful questioning

  • Detection of unhelpful thought/behavioural patterns

  • Providing constructive feedback

  • Guidance in establishing future goals

  • Sustainable habit formation.

    Founder, Teacher & Coach

    Justin has over a decade of experience as both a generalist and specialist teacher in the private system. On completion of teaching, he went on to work in the tech industry in HR, Operations and Management.

    Justin has completed the internationally award winning Brain-Based ICF Coaching Program  through the Neuroleadership Institute. This accreditation is renowned for its coaching theory, supported by the latest neuroscience to build skills and introduce tools to drive outcomes and enhance leadership and coaching conversations. 

    As the founder of Tomorrow Mind, Justin now uses his training and experience, coupled with his own mental health journey, to lead teachers in looking after their wellbeing. He has a deep-down passion to help teachers recognise their own mental assets so they remain in the teaching industry with less stress, a higher sense of purpose and increased satisfaction in the industry.
